SUMMER CONCERT SIGN UP!

It’s all go down here at JMA as we approach the spring holiday, we are making a start on plans for the Summer Showcase Concert, which will be held on Saturday 16th June for all our musicians that have lessons at the academy, and we will be producing an afternoon concert on Sunday 17th June for all our musicians that undertake lessons in all the schools where our JMA tutors teach.

It’s not that far off at all, so if you are interested in performing in this summer’s concert then make sure you chat to your JMA tutor, take a sign up form (we need them back by Saturday 12th May at the latest), and get practicing your show stopping number!

Oh and yes there is indeed a theme again this year, for the Saturday 16th June concert we have chosen the theme “Top of the Jops” which was brilliantly thought up by guitar pupil John (cheers John we love it!) We cannot wait for an evening of performances taken from or inspired by the charts since their formation in 1952!
